New York Festivals (NYF) now in its 55th year, is an International Awards Group (IAG) LLC Company. Recognizing the World’s Best Work™ in advertising and TV, Film & Radio programs, IAG along with its other brands, AME®, Globals®, and Midas®, honor advertising and marketing in global communications through seven annual competitions:

Each NYF competition is supported by a Board of Judges and Advisors, each of which is led by a chairperson and represents a veritable "who's who" of international communications.
Entries are judged by panels of international award winning industry professionals who are recognized as leaders in their respective fields. The preliminary round of judging produces Finalist winners. Finalist winners receive a Finalist Certificate. Further judging rounds determine Bronze, Silver and Gold medal winners. Gold award winners then contend for Grand Prix Awards.
Each year, NYF publishes the Annual of Advertising, a comprehensive 500+ page full-color volume featuring images of the winners from the New York Festivals Advertising Awards. The annual is distributed by Harper Collins and with 2,500 copies sold annually is one of the largest selling advertising awards annual of its kind in the world.
All competition winners are promoted through our network of representatives, international press releases, publicity campaigns, DVDs, CDs, Annuals, local screenings, teaching aids in universities, featured in television and internet advertising shows and are featured in the Showcase section of our website. In addition to this, all NYF winners are recognized internationally at industry events held throughout the year.
The NYF website features a Showcase of winning entries: television and radio commercials, clips from radio programming shows, links to interactive entries, and digital images of print and design winners of the international advertising awards. It also features interviews with industry thought leaders from around the world, who have been honored in our television, film, radio, and advertising awards.
In collaboration with the United Nations Department of Public Information, NYF established the United Nations Awards in 1990 to honor programs and advertising that best exemplifies the aims and ideals of the United Nations. Global concerns of particular interest include peace and security; advancement of women; social development; health issues including HIV/AIDS; tobacco use; human rights; crime and violence; literacy; sustainable development; and the fight against poverty. Entries that achieve Finalist status are eligible for these prestigious awards in television, radio, and advertising awards.
Each year, events are held around the world to honor of the winners within each competition.
